Our hickory-smoked bacon ends are the flavorful, chunky pieces left from slicing our bacon slabs—meaty, fatty, crispable little bits full of rich pork flavor. Smoked the old-fashioned way over real hickory logs, never with liquid smoke or added natural smoke flavor, they bring deep smokehouse character to everyday cooking. Made with no nitrates or nitrites added except those naturally occurring in celery juice powder.
How to use: Bacon ends are perfect for rendering in a skillet and using as the savory start to beans, soups, chowders, greens, cabbage, potatoes, breakfast hash, pasta, macaroni and cheese, or baked beans. Fry them until the edges are crisp, then use the rendered bacon fat to sauté onions, garlic, or vegetables—and sprinkle the crispy pieces over the finished dish for a hearty, smoky finish.

Our pigs roam and forage bugs, grass and roots in addition to our carefully selected, corn-free and soy-free ration. This enhances the nutrient profile of the meat.
Plainly said: When you eat this pork, you're not just consuming delicious protein. You are supporting your body with micronutrients like Vitamin K2, Vitamin E, Vitamin D, Omega-3s and Selenium.
But don't forget the macronutrients! Since our pigs don't have access to corn and soy, this pork has a healthier fat profile rich in beneficial saturated fats while being lower in unstable unsaturated fats. Low PUFA pork like ours is found to be lower in phytoestrogens and pesticides—so you can enjoy a delicious, nourishing cut of pork without concerns about harmful endocrine disruptors.
The American diet is so deficient in what our bodies need to be strong, healthy and whole. That's why farmers like us grow food the way we do. We want you to feel the best you can while living, loving and working alongside those you care about.
It's not just pork.
It's peace of mind and body.
